2018 Open Enrollment checklist

Open Enrollment for individual health insurance is November 1 - December 15, for coverage beginning on January 1, 2018. You only have six weeks to enroll in or renew your plan.

We can help you compare health insurance plans and rates across all major carriers. We can also help determine subsidy eligibility and walk you through the healthcare.gov application process with ease.

Here are the four things you need before calling your enrollment specialist on, or after, Nov. 1:

- Full legal name of all family members applying for coverage

- Dates of birth on all family members applying for coverage

- Social Security numbers of all family members applying for coverage

- Details on the sources of your estimated household income for all household members claimed as a tax dependent - even if they're not applying for coverage.

Once you're ready, give us a call at 913-333-3380. Our enrollers will be standing by.
